MISSION:  Building STRONG and READY Families

Building strong and ready Families – Strong Families are families who have a steady reliance on Jesus and the power that was able to lift him out of the grave. Strong Families also depend on the Holy Spirit for continued guidance and strength. First, Ready Families recognize that they are in a war but that the war is not against flesh and blood but against the forces of this world that want to dismantle and destroy them. Therefore, the members of the family are not the enemy. Second, Ready Families are proactive and prevention minded. They take the battle to the enemy by becoming equipped for battle and being ready to rumble with Satan in order to maintain emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual health in their families.

Strong and Ready Family Programming

• Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP)
  Marriage enrichment weekends designed to develop communication and relationship skills for successful marriages.

• Train-up a Child (parenting/teaching young children for battle)
• Nurturing for Adulthood (parenting adolescents toward)
• Marriage Mentoring Equipping (equipping couples for leadership)
• Marriage Mentoring (joining couples in the fox hole)
• Stepping with Jesus (developing God-centered step-families)
• Single Minded Devotion (single-parent but not alone)
