FITNESS CLASSES

We are blessed to have a variety of activities for adults. Gym membership provides access to a fully equipped weight/cardio room, indoor track, and basketball gym. Specialized classes are also available from professional instructors at reasonable costs. Call us at 770-399-1941 or come on in for a tour.

GET FIT! BOOT CAMP REGISTRATION - GET FIT! BOOT CAMP - Boot Camp is four weeks of intense physical challenges designed to increase cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, fat reduction, and boosting metabolism. This class is ideal for anyone who is interested in taking their workout to the next level with fellow fitness enthusiasts to keep them accountable and motivated. Each four week session includes nutrition guidance led by a registered dietitian. All camps are led by a certified personal trainer.

BODIES IN MOTION REGISTRATION - BODIES IN MOTION - Bodies in Motion is a slightly gentler exercise group that emphasizes core stabilization, flexibility and range of motion, muscular strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, and fat burning. This class promotes accountability and encouragement and is ideal for anyone who desires a softer landing into the world of physical fitness in the presence of fellow peers with similar goals. This class is led by a certified personal trainer and includes an individualized plan for increasing movement efficiency, flexibility, and injury prevention.
