Our WELLNESS programs are 4-week classes that empahsize the mental, spiritual, educational, and recreational side of fitness. MINDFUL MEALS: EATING HEALTHY ON A BUDGET - We live in a world where dinner from the drive-through is cheaper than the grocery store! How are we to make better choices and prepare mindful meals for ourselves and our families? Is there a way to serve ourselves and our families nutritious meals that won't blow the budget? It is possible! This class is for both individuals and families. A registered dietician with special training in adult and pediatric nutrition will help you understand the basics of nutrition, the importance of eating healthful snacks and meals, and best of all - how to do it in a cost effective way!
