Recovery Ministry Volunteer Training

Our annual Recovery Ministry Volunteer Training will be Saturday, June 3rd from 9 am to 12 pm in Room 115. Light refreshments and coffee will be served at 8:30 am. This will be a refreshing time for us to be empowered and equipped together as we continue to serve those in the Recovery Ministry. We have some special guest speakers coming in that will bless your socks off!

If you are currently serving in this ministry, we hope that you will join us for this training. We all are dealing with life-on-life terms in this season, and we are sure that you will be encouraged and rejuvenated after attending this training. If you have never served in this ministry, but are interested in serving, this will be an opportunity for you to learn about how to serve as a disciple of Jesus with someone in recovery. No experience required. Just having a willing heart to walk alongside someone on their spiritual journey is enough! You can serve as an individual mentor, as a bus driver, as a Sunday morning Bible class small group teacher or assistant, or by teaching a weekday Bible class at one of the programs once a month. Rest assured that you will be blessed as much as you are a blessing to those we serve!

Please feel free to invite others in your circles of influence to join us. Contact Jasmine at jasmine.turner@nacofc.org for more info.
