Help Feed Our Community!

We are collecting non-perishable food items (canned goods, pasta, rice, boxed cereal, peanut butter, and baking goods) in the blue bins located in the FEC Atrium until December 31st.

All food collected until Sunday, November 16th, will go directly to two of our partner programs currently in great need – Mary Hall Freedom Village and Right Side Up. After November 16th, all additional food collected through December 31st will be given to the Community Assistance Center, another of our partner organizations in Sandy Springs, which we support each year through our One Heart giving.

Thank you for helping us share love and hope with families during this moment of need!

One Heart Giving

  • Google Calendar ICS

The church in the first century faced the same major challenges as the church in the twenty-first century. War, famine, and economic hardship are all documented in history and in the Bible. Then, as now, it seemed there were always more needs than resources. But Jesus taught his disciples a new way to live. He first gave himself, and then he called them to follow in his steps. As a result, Luke could report in Acts 4, "All the believers were of one heart…they shared everything they had...and there was no needy person among them" (Acts 4:32-34).

Our annual One Heart giving initiative begins Sunday, November 30th and will last through the end of the year. We will share more information about our goal and the ministries that will be impacted by our giving as this season approaches. Please begin praying now about how God may be calling you to give so there is no needy person among us.
