What does it mean for Christ-followers to engage, and why does it matter? For decades, churches in America were characterized by engagement. People were expected to serve, give, volunteer, share the gospel, support each other, and sacrifice. But over the past four decades, attendance and giving have become the measures of church engagement. This minimum engagement model has left the church weak and believers deeply dissatisfied.

People are made for more than attendance! We are created in Christ Jesus to engage with God, each other, and the world around us for the mission of the gospel and the glory of God.
